Ms. Jaure, owner of Jaure Consulting, has over 30 years of experience in the community development field with expertise in CDFIs. She is the former CDFI Program Manager at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she oversaw the $140 million signature program for the CDFI Fund. Prior to joining the Fund, she was the Director of Federal programs for the National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF) where she implemented a portfolio of federal grants for credit unions. She has also been a federal contractor, where she was responsible for multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In addition, she has been a lobbyist and advocate for community development programs. Ms. Jaure lived in Washington DC for almost 30 years, moving to Las Cruces NM in 2013. She began her career as a Peace Corp Volunteer in Kenya and grew up in Wyoming.
